Our tenants are averaging 6.5 years. We have worked with HUD & non-HUD renters so we can manage all the logistics required to keep you in a home long term. Our leasing process is based on a behavioral approach to obtaining tenants not just a paper application. We are here to provide the best home to the best tenants. We will do a background check & evictions check after the application has been received. The AJ team works to keep you worry free throughout your time with us.
